Hospital Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

As a Hospital Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing accounts receivable services. Your main tasks will include submitting insurance claims, following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

One of your key responsibilities will be to contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and track the progress of claim resolutions. Additionally, you will review and analyze denied claims, identify reasons for denial, and prepare and submit appeals to ensure timely resolution.

To excel in this role, you should have experience and knowledge of Meditech EMR, more than 3 years of experience in accounts receivables processes, and familiarity with hospital claims/UB04. Fluency in written and spoken English communication is essential for effective stakeholder communication.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The schedule involves rotational shifts, and there is a performance bonus opportunity for achieving set targets.
