Job summary

A dynamic landscaping company in Singapore is seeking a Horticulturist to supervise landscaping operations and generate innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Landscape Design and Horticulture and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include resource planning, advising clients, and ensuring safety regulations are upheld. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all landscaping works within the sites.

Nature Landscapes is currently looking for a Horticulturist to join our dynamic team.

Main responsibilities will mainly include matter related to Landscape Operations. Additionally, he/she will be one of the key personnel involved in the generation of creative and innovative landscape solutions and support.

Job Description

  • Overview and supervise all landscaping works within the sites tasked
  • Work closely with the operations manager in the planning of resources (workers / equipment etc.)
  • Liaise with officers / management agents with regards to work arrangement, site meetings, feedbacks and other matters
  • Generate innovative landscape solutions to improve the overall outcome of the work site
  • Advise clients on horticultural matters as well as mitigation measures
  • Facilitate in the onboarding of new gardeners at the work site
  • Provide directions / guidance to gardeners on performance expectations and manage landscape challenges
  • Prepare schedules and regular site reports on the sites that are tasked
  • Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site
  • Assist ad-hoc sales support

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Landscape Design and Horticulture
