Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant/Horticulture Manager in Singapore to lead horticultural and landscape maintenance, oversee contractors, and drive greening initiatives that enhance biodiversity and urban sustainability.

You will manage annual budgets, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and mentor a team to deliver high-quality green spaces that meet stakeholder expectations and city regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of horticulture/landscape management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tropical horticulture, tree management, pest control, and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead horticultural and landscape maintenance to ensure healthy, attractive green spaces.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to meet KPIs, specifications, and safety.
• Plan and manage budgets, procurement, and contract administration.
• Drive biodiversity, water conservation, and greening initiatives.
• Develop and mentor the horticulture team to deliver high service standards.
