Stacked Store Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join our Singapore team. As a full-time associate, you will deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will greet customers, recommend products, handle cashier duties, restock shelves, and assist with deliveries and promotional events. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with a love for home decor considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Proactive and sales-driven.
• Approachable and confident with people.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Love for home decor and aesthetic products is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Recommend products and provide product information
• Handle cashier duties, including payments and refunds
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail store
• Restock shelves and maintain store visual displays
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Support promotional activities and in-store events
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Support ad-hoc retail tasks as needed
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
