Our client is a leading High Net-Worth (HNW) Insurance Broker specializing in providing comprehensive life insurance solutions to affluent clients. They deliver customized insurance products that cater to the unique needs of HNW individuals, helping them secure their wealth and legacy. They are seeking a driven and experienced HNW Life Insurance Sales Consultant (Director Level) to spearhead business development efforts in the high net-worth insurance market. This role is focused on driving sales and developing long-term relationships with affluent clients, delivering bespoke life insurance solutions tailored to their complex financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Private Bankers to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the HNW life insurance market.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with HNW individuals, family offices, and trusts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and product offerings.
  • Offer bespoke life insurance solutions, including wealth protection, estate planning, and legacy solutions, tailored to the needs of HNW clients.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting, legal, and product teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and presentations to prospective clients, delivering clear and value-driven proposals.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, maintaining a focus on both volume and quality of sales.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and high-profile meetings.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the life insurance market, competitor products, and industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales team members, contributing to their development and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; advanced certifications or qualifications in life insurance is a plus.
  • At least 8-10 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the life insurance or wealth management sector, with a focus on HNW clients.
  • Private Banking experience is an added advantage for this role.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and their application in estate and tax planning for HNW individuals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with HNW clients, demonstrating empathy and discretion.
  • Experience with CRM tools, financial planning software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
