Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading bank to recruit a High Net Worth Insurance Operations Support Associate in Singapore. This contract role focuses on middle-office support for VUL products and end-to-end case management to meet regulatory standards.

You will deliver consistent service to policyholders and advisers across distribution channels while maintaining documentation and SOPs. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in custody or investment operations within a bank, custodian, or similar financial institution.
• Experience with life insurance operations and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong service mindset, priority management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with custodians and asset managers to resolve VUL transaction processing issues.
• Input and validate monthly VUL policy valuations.
• Monitor VUL policy liquidity and policy value.
• Review assets for sanctions exposure, illiquidity, and suitability.
• Ensure documentation is complete and archived for audits and controls.
• Maintain SOPs reflecting current processes and regulatory expectations.
• Produce internal and regulatory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support additional HNW operational tasks and projects as assigned.
