Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Copywriter with prior experience in an advertising agency to conceptualize, write, and refine persuasive copy for brands across digital, print, TV, radio, and social media. You will collaborate with creative teams to develop ideas that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Craft compelling, original, and engaging copy for ads, scripts, social media, websites, emails, and branding campaigns.
2. Work closely with art directors, designers, and account teams to develop creative concepts.
3. Understand client briefs, brand tonality, and target audience to deliver impactful messaging.
4. Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns and brand strategies.
5. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free delivery.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor work, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in an advertising agency (applicants without agency experience will not be considered).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns across multiple mediums.
• Exceptional command over English (and Hindi/Marathi, if possible).
• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into persuasive copy.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
