Join our team at NOCI, a contemporary Italian dining concept brought to Singapore by the team behind Hong Kong’s beloved Pecorino brand.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supervisor to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring excellence in service, staff management, and overall outlet performance.

Location: Suntec City
Position: Outlet Manager (Full-time)
Availability: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
  • Lead, motivate, and train service and kitchen teams
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with SFA/MOM guidelines
  • Drive sales and support marketing efforts to grow the outlet's performance
  • Handle staffing, recruitment, and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role (F&B preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and restaurant operations is a plus
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and hands-on approach
