Role & Responsibilities

1. Make daily outbound calls to leads from our database
2. Build trust, understand customer needs, and guide them toward purchase
3. Follow up, handle objections, and close sales consistently
4. Meet or exceed monthly conversion targets
5. Keep CRM and reporting up to date

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or lead conversion experience
2. Strong verbal skills in English and Hindi
3. Confident with cold calling, objection handling, and pitching on phone
4. Comfortable working remotely and hitting targets consistently
5. Experience in wellness, fitness, or education sales is a bonus
