RecruitFirst is looking to hire a competent Assistant Manager for marketing in a local university.

You will be outsourced/deployed to:

Location: Pioneer

Pay: $4000 - $5000

Working hours: Office hours

Responsibilities:

1. Support Graduate Studies Office central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals

2. Assist program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.

3. Provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.

4. Work with various program under Graduate Studies Office to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.

5. Support the Graduate Studies Office to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.

6. Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred

• 3 years relevant experience

• Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing

• Experience in event execution and management

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
