Qualifications

• C++ software engineering experience required.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms and OOP.
• Proven ability to write highly optimised, scalable code.
• Experience working in performance-critical or low-latency environments (trading experience is advantageous).
• Desirable: Linux networking and scripting skills; exposure to distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance trading systems interfacing with global exchanges.
• Develop low-latency infrastructure for market data capture and order execution.
• Optimise systems using advanced networking and systems programming techniques.
• Build platforms for historical data access and large-scale trading simulations.
• Create analytical tools to identify patterns and improve trading strategies.
• Develop risk management and performance monitoring systems.
