[High-Net Worth] Homecare Staff Nurse (up to $10K, Full-time) #HYN

Job Scope

• Checking blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Giving prescribed medications, injections, or treatments, and ensuring proper medication management.
• Assisting with dressing changes, wound cleaning, and monitoring for signs of infection.
• Teaching patients and their families about managing illnesses, recovery plans, medication schedules, and general health management.
• Depending on the patient's condition, the nurse may help with activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Coordinating care with doctors, physical therapists, or other specialists involved in the patient’s treatment.
• Regularly assessing the patient’s health status, identifying changes, and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Requirement

• Fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Nursing in a recognised institution
• Possess valid BCLS certificate
• Able to commit to 12 hours shift
• Able to travel overseas with client for medical treatment when required
