HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role, you will drive the local High-End (HE) strategy, oversee its development, and ensure the achievement of business targets within your market. You will act as a key representative, participating in HE events, providing market feedback, and developing the next generation of sales force.
Your key responsibilities include:
Strategy and Expertise
- Under the guidance of Commercial Director, participate in defining the HE Business Development strategy and objectives aligned with the market.
- Assess market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective strategies to target, acquire, cultivate relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Provide HE business stakeholders with insightful feedback across activities, not limited to retail, marketing, merchandising, training, communication, and events.
- Define commercial conditions for local partners alongside commercial leadership and international teams.
- Consolidate feedback on competitors, market trends, and client preferences related to our products to inform and refine our strategies and actions.
Sales and Clients
- Establish action plans to increase HE client base, focusing on client loyalty and acquisition.
- Assess HE potential and propose enhancement opportunities in partnership with boutique management, PR, CRM and all other corporate department.
- Work effectively with boutiques to implement sales development plans.
- Convey clear action plans towards market ambition and partner with Regional HE teams to ensure attainment of HE operations excellence and ideal assortments.
- Take ownership of quality and processing of special orders, ensuring a satisfactory success rate and managing after-sales support in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Lead the market activation of strategic client journeys and ensure exceptional and/or bespoke client experiences across touchpoints (i.e., private viewings, personalized presentations, etc.)
- Supervise submissions and discounts requests with commercial management & central team.
- Qualify submission and discounts requests and coordinate these aspects with HJ Central team and Regional Team.
Staff Development
- Equip HE sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge for success.
- Cultivate and expand internal HE communities across boutiques, in the market.
- Contribute proactively to the development of sales and educational tools for the network.
- Consolidate feedback on competition, market trends and client feedback toward our creations.
Budget Management
- Manage annual HE budgets for the market, not limited to forecasting, performance tracking, and investment planning with clear ROI, to support business objectives.
- Lead the sales forecasting process and ensure proactive alignment between commercial planning and boutique performance.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proven track record of 8 years’ experience in the luxury industry, specifically managing High Jewellery, High-End Watches, or Jewellery.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels within a complex, matrix environment.
- Strategic thinker, comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, pragmatic and able to lead cross-markets/cross-functional discussions.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrate customer-oriented behaviour with high sensitivity to clients’ needs and aspirations
