Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist and respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions for escalated incidents. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
  2. Provide operating guidance, training, and troubleshooting documents to internal and external parties.
  3. Ensure support delivery aligns with the project's SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  4. Gather logs and information requested from L2 and L3 teams for ticket resolution.
  5. Assist in generating various reports and perform other administrative tasks.
  6. Attend to users on-site when required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates with no experience but relevant qualifications.
  • Experience as a helpdesk agent and customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10, printers, and networks; prior experience in application support.
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ManagedEngine and ServiceNow is a plus.
