What you'll be doing:

We are seeking an Associate Engineer role to support in helpdesk technical support and assistance in our day-to-day training to trainees.

• Managing Technical calls.

• Developing and Implementing Technical Strategies.

• Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

• Support Technical Training

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

About the role:

• Open to Entry level

• 1 year contract under employment agency payroll

• Location: Link@AMK

• Basic salary: $2300 - $3500 (depend on experience)

• Mobile claims capped at $50

• Upon end of contract, performance bonusup to 1 month basic salary subject to performance and recommendation by PM/RO

What we're looking for:

• Singaporean (Need to clear mandatory pre-employment check)

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering related field

• A proactive, willing to learn attitude and good communication skills

• Able to converse in English and Chinese as need to communicate with Mandarin speaking mechanics / clients

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Previous Technical role in IT or Engineering or customer service experience is an advantage
