Job description

Hiring on behalf of a US Fortune 500 MNC

Key Details:

  • Up to $4,000 monthly + completion bonus

  • 1 Year contract, renewable

  • Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5pm

  • MUST have Level 2 experience

  • 18 Days Annual Leave

  • Gul Circle, transport provided at CCK/Boon Lay/Jurong East/Outram Park/Bedok MRT

Job Description:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for Data Center and Singapore sites, using ServiceNow for ticketing.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues to relevant teams (e.g., Network, Server).

  • Manage hardware deployment, asset management, and Cisco IP phone replacements.

  • Assist with IT projects, procurement, and setup of IT equipment (printers, new hires).

  • Coordinate with IT service providers and provide daily/weekly updates to the team lead.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 experience required

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer)

  • Experience with setting up PCs (desktops and laptops) from initial setup to deployment.

  • Familiar with IT infrastructure components, including hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, network devices) and software (operating systems, applications, network protocols).
