Job summary

A recruitment agency based in Singapore is seeking an experienced technician to deliver product training and provide fault diagnosis in the construction machinery industry. Responsibilities include field services in local and ASEAN countries, preparing reports, and assisting with warranty claims. The ideal candidate holds relevant engineering qualifications and a Class 3 Driving License.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in the construction machinery industry.
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Provide product delivery training to distributors and customers.
• Analyze faults and provide support via email/calls.
• Carry out field services in local and ASEAN countries.
• Prepare service reports and recommend spare parts.
• Assist with warranty claims and quality reports.

Skills

Ability to read and understand Electrical diagrams

Ability to read and understand Hydraulic diagrams

Ability to read and understand Pneumatic diagrams

Education

Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering

Job description

Location: Tuas (Company pick up available - West & North)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 + OT + AWS + Performance bonus

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30am – 4.30pm

Job Description:

• Product delivery training to distributors and customer
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls
• Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
• Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License
