• Operate forklifts (5 tons and above) to load and unload cargo.
• Safely transport materials on-site, ensuring proper stacking and storage.
• Perform routine pre-shift checks for safety and functionality.

Job description

- Operate forklifts (5 tons and above) to load and unload cargo from containers, trucks and vessels.

- Safely transport materials between different areas on-site, ensuring they are stacked and stored properly.

- Assist in moving cargo in and out of vessels.

- Ensure the forklift is well-maintained and perform routine pre-shift checks for safety and funtionality.

- Follow all safety protocols while operating the forklift and handling materials, maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency at all times.

- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods

- Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.
