Job summary

WINNER GROUP (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to install, service and maintain systems across sites. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC equipment, schematics, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting with ability to work independently and in a team. Site-based work with multiple tasks and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation, servicing, maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components related to HVAC.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work at site, including confined/elevated areas.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good safety awareness and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or related field will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning, ventilation and mechanical systems.
• Install and servicing of AHU, FCU, ventilation fans, ducting, pumps and related HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacement of defective components.
• Conduct testing, commissioning and performance checks of HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals and technical specifications.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications and relevant safety requirements.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, inspection, testing and repair works.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and other trades to ensure smooth completion of work.
• Perform other HVAC-related duties as assigned.
