Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore invites graduates to join the HealthTech Associate Programme (HAP). The Assoc Data Science Analyst will work on AI solutions, data exploration, and building ML models to support real-world health applications.

You will design experiments, develop Python components, integrate APIs, and collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy reliable data science solutions. Strong Python, ML, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in CS/Data Science/AI/SE/Math/Stats/IT or related discipline.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML, Generative AI or data science.
• Experience developing APIs and data workflows.
• Familiar with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with ML/DL/NLP/LLM development frameworks.
• Experience with Git and Jupyter; good documentation and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data science, ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and enhance LLM-enabled capabilities (RAG, document understanding, extraction, QA).
• Explore AI models and tools based on accuracy, latency, cost and security.
• Develop Python components, APIs and data workflows; integrate with SQL/NoSQL/vector data sources.
• Collaborate with platform/engineering teams to deploy AI capabilities.
• Prepare technical documentation and evaluate performance; engage stakeholders.
