Job Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in small groups or one-to-one settings to share information about available health initiatives and services.
• Provide assistance with digital enrolment processes using mobile apps or system platforms.
• Explain the benefits of health screenings, preventive care, and regular follow-up with healthcare providers.
• Respond to general inquiries from members of the public and caregivers in a clear and empathetic manner.
