Work Schedule:

Fixed Every Mon-Thurs, 8 am - 430pm

Sometimes it will be activated 1 day on weekends if they have an event

Rate: $10/hour

Overview

• Manage the one-stop booth and assist patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths, or community settings, via the mobile app or system application.
• Explain to patients the benefits of initiatives and the importance of enrollment, make the first visit to review the Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfill the preventive health recommendations, and follow up for review annually.
• Attend to enquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Customer service oriented, passionate about serving & interacting with people, and prepared to go the extra mile.
• Possess good communication skills (English and a local language/dialect) and interpersonal skills.
