Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering meaningful service in a role that supports healthcare operations behind the scenes? As a Client/ Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be the key connection between our organization and our healthcare clients (Principal Accounts), ensuring their needs are met with precision, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the go-to contact for assigned healthcare clients, managing daily operations and post-sales support.

  • Maintain accurate reports and master data to ensure smooth account management.

  • Develop and document processes tailored to each client's operational needs.

  • Help meet and exceed internal and client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Track client feedback and resolve escalations with recommendations for improvement (CAPA).

  • Conversant with warehousing and logistics workflows—inbound, outbound, inventory—based on customer-specific requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS) and all relevant safety standards.

  • Take the lead in ensuring timely and accurate handling of medical supplies across storage, retrieval, and dispatch.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives—enhancing systems, processes, and service performance.
