Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering meaningful service in a role that supports healthcare operations behind the scenes? As a Client/ Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be the key connection between our organization and our healthcare clients (Principal Accounts), ensuring their needs are met with precision, professionalism, and care.
Be the go-to contact for assigned healthcare clients, managing daily operations and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate reports and master data to ensure smooth account management.
Develop and document processes tailored to each client's operational needs.
Help meet and exceed internal and client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Track client feedback and resolve escalations with recommendations for improvement (CAPA).
Conversant with warehousing and logistics workflows—inbound, outbound, inventory—based on customer-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS) and all relevant safety standards.
Take the lead in ensuring timely and accurate handling of medical supplies across storage, retrieval, and dispatch.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives—enhancing systems, processes, and service performance.
