[Healthcare] Senior/Executive, Finance (Full Set Account - AR, AP, GL) #HJC

Work location: One north (at present); will be shifting to Novena by end 2025.

5 days office hours

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for AP/AR & GL of the account.
2. Responsible for month end closing process.
3. Ensure timely and accurate daily payment processing.
4. Ensure all payments are processed and completed within the agreed SLA.
5. Assist in intercompany billing.
6. Perform Balance sheet reconciliation.
7. Prepare cash flow projections.
8. Prepare policies and SOP for finance operations.
9. Responsible for internal order management.
10. Assist in managing fixed assets, including disposal and transfers.
11. Liaise with various departments within the business unit and on all operation payment/billing related transactional matters.
12. Propose changes to finance operation process to improve internal controls or increase efficiency where applicable.
13. Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as and when.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, higher years of experience is required for Senior position.
2. Healthcare experience preferred.
3. Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)
4. Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills
5. Positive attitude with strong desire to learn
6. Meticulous, good prioritization and time management skills.
