Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Redevelopment (Healthcare) to support procurement of consultancy and construction packages for redevelopment projects and to review schedules, methods, and permits during construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/public sector infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project; BIM/SketchUp a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement of consultancy and construction packages for redevelopment projects.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions and permits to work during construction.
• Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects.
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors per contract terms.
• Develop communication plans for stakeholder engagement and timely updates.
• Communicate milestones and challenges to stakeholders; report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with organizational goals.
• Engage stakeholders to carry out feasibility studies for renovation projects.
