Responsibilities:

• Support the take-up of digital/innovative solutions to transform care delivery, work processes, and work environment.
• Assist stakeholders with the planning and implementation of pilots and initiatives as well as to eventually demonstrate proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV).
• Track overall implementation progress with a view to capture improvements made to care delivery, work processes, and work environment.
• Support stakeholders in the monitoring and evaluating of project outcomes.
• Oversee the administration and governance of project grants/funds.
• Work closely with external parties such as government agencies, vendors, industry partners, and institutes of higher learning to ensure success of pilots and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with preferably 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or transformation work.
• Experience in healthcare management, project management, and stakeholder management preferred.
• Knowledge and use of process improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile Management, Scrum, Design Thinking, etc. would be advantageous.
• Able to work autonomously and engage relevant stakeholders independently to bring about effective collaboration and project implementation.
• Strong analytical mind, ability to see different perspectives, synthesize and harmonize needs, to facilitate high impact projects.
• Strong project management skills including good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
