Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead ACMV/HVAC projects across healthcare and industrial facilities in Singapore.

You will manage scope, cost, schedules, procurement, and contractual fulfilment while driving safety and compliant engineering practices on site. Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years in similar roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to pursue BIM accreditation with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong management, communication, presentation and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with BIM preferred; willingness to learn BIM qualifications will be supported.

Responsibilities

• Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.
• Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
• Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
• Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
• Implement and govern the safety management system on site.
