Job summary

You will ensure regulatory compliance and oversee inventory to avoid shortages while coordinating with nursing, finance, and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for medical and non-medical supplies; negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; ensure continuous supply.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels; implement control systems; forecast demand with nursing and operations teams.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships; monitor performance; resolve delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure purchases comply with healthcare regulations; verify safety and regulatory requirements; maintain audit documentation.
• Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage procurement budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities; track spending and prepare reports.
• Coordination & Communication: Work with nursing staff, finance, and administration; align procurement with patient care needs; support emergency procurement.
• Front Office & Transport: Oversee front office operations and transport coordination with CTS; ensure appropriate staffing and resource use.
