Job summary

Healthcare Ops Executive (Landscape and Horticulture) #HHL

Salary: Up to 5000
Location: Queenstown
Working hour: 5 days office hour

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement horticultural maintenance programmes for assigned sites
• Conduct plant health assessments, diagnose diseases, pests, or deficiencies, and recommend appropriate treatments
• Manage and oversee landscape maintenance teams and contractors in daily operations
• Select suitable plant species for specific sites based on soil, climate, and design requirements
• Prepare horticultural reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory records
• Liaise with landscape contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on horticultural matters
• Ensure compliance with NParks regulations and relevant local codes
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems and soil conditions to support plant health
• Ensure landscape contractor adopts horticultural best practiceswhen required
• Support landscaping improvement projects and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant horticulture or landscaping experience preferred
• Good knowledge of tropical plant species, soil science, and pest management
• Familiarity with NParks guidelines and Singapore’s landscape industry standards
• Strong problem-solving and observational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
