Job Description Requirements

Roles Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Management.

You will oversee a team of executive and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and businesses units under the Group.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics.

will need to travel to the different branches to assist and improve the workflow of the clinics

Involve in procurement of medication and supplies for the operations

Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters.

Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units.

Formulate SOPs & WIs on work processes, develop contingency plans.

Supervise the marketing needs of the group

Conduct reviews, quality control and drive/lead improvements and enhancements.

Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff.

Budgeting, planning, submission of business proposals, performance management and risk management.

Contribute and support business development initiatives.

Project management and execution.

Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory.

Qualifications & Experience

Recognized bachelor’s degree /diploma in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent.

or

Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years managerial experience in an operations setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Relevant experience will be an advantage.
