* Handles calls and enquiries from the General Line and Appointment Line to provide information on services to patients and the public.
* Assists in scheduling appointments for patients and/or provides information related to appointments to patients respectively.
* Performs administrative duties such as filing referral documents, department's records, updating rosters and department statistics reports.
* Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
* Min A/Diploma levels or equivalent with call centre, patient care/customer service experience.
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
