What you'll be doing
Lead the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall service experience across all touchpoints, including inpatient, outpatient, and community care services
Oversee volunteer management programmes – from recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, and recognition – ensuring volunteers are meaningfully integrated into service delivery
Utilise patient and volunteer feedback to identify service gaps, inform continuous improvements, and collaborate with departments to implement solutions
Strengthen partnerships with community groups and stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of volunteer initiatives
Champion a service excellence culture across the organisation, embedding best practices, innovation, and accountability
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to a team of three staff members
Track and report service and volunteer impact metrics to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Manage service recovery efforts and lead investigations for feedback escalations with empathy and professionalism
What we're looking for
Diploma level and above in Social Work/ Community Development/ Communications/ Healthcare Administration or related studies
5 - 8 years of experience in service excellence and volunteer management, preferably within a non-profit or healthcare setting
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Passionate about community service, people-centred care, and delivering meaningful impact
