Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to support development and implementation of clinical informatics and digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with clinicians, operations teams and technology partners to deliver impactful IT projects.

You will optimise workflows, drive adoption of digital tools and automation, and contribute to user training and documentation to ensure alignment with institutional and national requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics or related field.
• Experience in healthcare informatics, clinical information systems, digital transformation, automation or project management will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI, RPA, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 applications and other digital tools will be advantageous.
• Good written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Working closely with clinicians, operational teams and technology partners, you will design, implement and manage clinical information system projects, optimise clinical workflows, drive the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions. You will also develop user training programmes and documentation, and ensure clinical systems, policies and processes remain aligned with institutional and national requirements.
