Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Building, Engineering, or PM.
• 3–5 years in complex A&A projects in live environments.
• Healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience (2+ years).
• Experience in owner/developer environments is advantageous.
• Strong project, stakeholder and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement healthcare facilities development projects.
• Develop project governance policies, processes and technical standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Lead project design development and user engagement.
• Manage procurement of consultancy and construction packages.
• Review project schedules, method statements and material submissions.
• Oversee consultants and contractors to ensure contractual compliance.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Prepare cost estimates, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
