Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Services team.
• Prepare reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan work rosters and ensure optimal manpower deployment at medical centres.
• Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes-taking, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct site visits for audits, briefings, and operational checks.
• Monitor and track BCLS and AED certification for medical staff.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare or operations support is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Must be willing to be on standby on weekend mornings to assist with doctors’ rostering.
