Job summary

Karing Products International Pte Ltd is seeking a Healthcare Consultant to drive sales through personalized wellness consultations and product recommendations. You will engage customers, conduct health checks, and deliver outstanding service at Singapore Shopping center & Ngee Ann City outlets.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in Sales, Healthcare or related fields, with strong communication and Mandarin/English language skills. Weekend/public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, retail or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Conduct sales calls and follow up with potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Attend to walk-in customers and conduct health consultations or cell check services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wellness products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, appointments, purchases, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.

About the role

The Healthcare Consultant is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by providing personalized wellness consultations, understanding customers' needs, and recommending suitable products and services. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
