A leading call center seeks candidates for a 1-year contract position, requiring NITEC qualification and strong communication skills. As part of the role, you will manage calls, resolve complaints, and assist in emergency situations, contributing to effective service delivery within the hospital setting.
Location (Nearest MRT): Redhill
Salary: Up to $2,800 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
Work Day: Mondays to Sundays (Includes Weekends & PH)
Work Hours: 3 Types of Shift
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy, maintaining confidentiality of caller and Hospital information as directed
Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders
Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System
Handling and resolving complaints
Performing emergency activations (E.g. Code Blue, Trauma, Acute stroke etc.)
Reporting fault on telecommunication equipment
Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements:
Minimally NITEC in any discipline
Excellent oral and written communication skills
