Job summary

National University Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide personalised, specialised and cost-effective care to patients. You will support nurses, observe patient conditions and assist with procedures in a busy clinical setting.

This role requires completing an HCA course and being able to commit to 3 rotating shifts, contributing to a safe and clean hospital environment while supporting the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing basic care for patients and general duties
• Assists in observing and reporting patient's condition and progress
• Assists nurses in carrying out procedures
• Observes, collects and tests specimens as instructed
• Assists with admission and orientation of conscious patients with stable condition
• Maintains clean and safe environment
• Assists with general duties as assigned by Nurse Manager/Senior Nurse Manager
