Luxury nursing home (aged care) in Bishan is seeking staff for a 4-day work week with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents.
• Provide basic clinical support as directed by clinicians.
• Respond to emergencies and provide initial care.
• Support lifestyle, engagement, and social activities for residents.
• Assist with clinical consultations and oversight where appropriate.
• Assist with transfers and escorts of residents.
• Participate in quality assurance and governance processes.
