What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling, patient records management, and coordination with healthcare providers
Handle enquiries and correspondence professionally

Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc administrative tasks
What we're looking for
Nitec level and above
2 - 3 years of experience in Healthcare Administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant administrative software
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
