Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full set of accounts & oversees the day-to-day activities of the Company.
2. Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
3. Produce timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts.
4. Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process.
5. Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
6. Manage fixed assets, assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
7. Support in performing bank reconciliations and Mediclaim reconciliations.
8. Check accounts payable invoices and manage payments.
9. Claims submission for funded projects.
10. Handle Quarterly GST reporting.
11. Oversee operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
12. Handle ad hoc tasks such as system enhancements and support for the new service center.
