Job summary

MINMED GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Executive to coordinate healthcare and wellness projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role acts as the main link between clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality service.

You will oversee multiple projects, manage timelines and KPIs, and prepare regular reports while maintaining comprehensive documentation. This position is based in Singapore and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Health Promotion, Business, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, or programme management.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate healthcare and wellness projects to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Senior Shared Stay-In Care Service.
• Coordinate care arrangements with caregivers, family members, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, health coaches, and internal teams.
• Oversee the operations of the Virtual Health Coaching Programme for school children.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Prepare monthly reports, statistics, and project updates for clients.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records.
