As part of the Health Portfolio Management initiative, the PRUPanel Connect (PPC) program was developed to provide seamless access to quality and affordable healthcare, including value-added services like expedited appointment booking, on-site concierge services, and transport/parking vouchers for hospital admissions.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers and financial consultants with enquiries related to PRUShield, including third-party recovery of claims from group insurers. The role also involves creating awareness of recovery claim benefits and providing on-site concierge services at partner hospitals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling walk-in enquiries, hotline calls, and outreach via SMS and calls to educate customers about PPC services
  • Managing email enquiries and supporting appointment bookings as a backup
  • Providing on-site concierge services at private hospitals
  • Supporting recovery claims processes and data entry for payments
  • Reporting daily activities and following SOPs for customer data privacy

Qualifications include:

  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or claims
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as a Certificate in Life & Health Insurance (advantageous)
  • Educational background: Poly diploma, GCE A-level, or relevant work experience
