Job description

• Utilize a range of analytic tools to design, develop, and maintain impactful visualizations and data models that support strategic planning, enhance performance, forecast demand, and drive population health outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of end-to-end strategies, methodologies, and approaches for data insights, analytics, and evaluation related to population health.
• Create routine reports and dashboards to monitor key population health metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including national-level entities, to gather and share data for comprehensive micro and macro insights.
• Identify and integrate new datasets crucial for monitoring and evaluating population health programs as part of the data strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct data analysis and trend assessments to highlight potential areas of concern or improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of reports based on established requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree in statistics, data science, business analytics, applied mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s in Business Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning and data analytics.
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and Tableau dashboard development.
• Familiar with statistical modeling techniques.
• Proficient in one or more tools such as R, Python, OBIEE, H2O Flow, or Flexsim.
