  • Facilitate multi-stakeholder engagement sessions and focus groups involving healthcare professionals, social care providers, patients, and caregivers. Cultivate communities of practice and co-learning interest groups to promote collaborative problem-solving and patient-led innovation.
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects, events, and campaigns. Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and budgetary guidelines.
  • Provide secretarial support for department meetings, project discussions, and cross-institutional collaborations. Assist in documentation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.

  • Proficient in digital tools and social media platforms, with experience in content creation, video production, or website management
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a passion for improving population health outcomes
