Job Description:

• Perform professional headspa treatments including scalp detox, deep cleansing, therapeutic head and neck massage, and hair revitalization.

• Conduct scalp analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans.

• Educate clients on scalp health, aftercare routines, and product usage.

• Oversee daily operations of the headspa section, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.

• Train, mentor, and supervise junior therapists and support staff.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment standards in treatment areas.
