Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional head spa treatments, including scalp assessments, shampooing, and therapeutic massages tailored to individual client needs

• Recommend personalized treatment plans and scalp/hair care products based on thorough analysis

• Maintain a serene, clean, and well‑stocked treatment area

• Ensure equipment is sanitized and ready for each client

• Assist senior spa therapists or managers by mentoring junior staff and supporting daily operations

• Help manage product inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted services

• Provide outstanding client service by responding to inquiries, offering aftercare advice, and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a salon or hair care environment highly advantageous.
