About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Outlet Manager to lead the operations of our flagship Head Spa . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent achievement of business goals. You will lead a team of specialists, therapists, and front-desk staff, maintaining the highest standards in wellness, hospitality, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management
- Oversee all aspects of daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage product inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in proper working condition.
2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff including therapists and receptionists.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skills development.
- Lead by example in professionalism, grooming standards, and client engagement.
3. Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage feedback or complaints professionally.
- Build client relationships and promote customer retention programs.
- Ensure consistency in consultation, treatment protocols, and service standards.
4. Sales and Business Development
- Achieve revenue targets through service sales, product upselling, and packages.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing team for promotions, events, and social media presence.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Handle scheduling, payroll, shift planning, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, sales, and customer feedback.
- Generate regular reports for management on performance, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Sales-driven with a good business sense.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge or experience in scalp care, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management systems (e.g., Zenoti, Fresha) is an advantage.
