The role involves leading treasury operations with a focus on foreign exchange and commodity hedging strategies, developing and executing risk management strategies in compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations, overseeing regulatory reporting, optimizing cash flow, and driving financial efficiency initiatives. The role requires building strong relationships with banking partners and leading a high-performing treasury team.
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience in treasury or relevant finance functions. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, effective communication, leadership experience, and a background in manufacturing are preferred. Digitalization and innovation experience are advantageous.
