Following a recently concluded strategic enterprise review, our client is embarking on a multi-year transformation journey and are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join them in this high visibility role.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO's Office, you will work with external consultants in target operating model design, streamline enterprise-wide processes with a view towards achieving overall business improvements and operational excellence across the entirety of the organization. This will undoubtedly straddle commercial operations and corporate support functions, resulting in the 'design and build' of a Global Business Services encompassing functions such as Finance, HR, Technology and Procurement just to name a few.

Requirements

Ideally you are degree qualified with strong experience in leading enterprise wide transformation across matrixed and complex organisations. A seasoned professional, you are well exposed to industry best practices and are adept at customizing and applying necessary processes and structures that are fit for purpose. You are dynamic and current in mindset; methodical and structured in approach. You are extremely fluent in project and change management, and are an effective influencer and negotiator. Candidates with hybrid experience of consulting and in-house transformation will be preferred. Prior success in establishing Global Business Services across multiple work streams will be highly advantageous.
